vanbain was founded in 2021 with a vision to modernise exceptional client service, leveraging a network of expertise and based on a value driven fee structure.

 

From this vision vanbain Transfer Pricing was established as our first service offering. Over the past 5 years we have been internationally ranked, and have been shortlisted for both the African Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year and the South African Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year as part of the EMEA Tax Awards.

Our second service offering, vanbain Placements, was launched in 2023 assisting clients in sourcing talent in a professional and differentiated way. We have continued with our initial promise of intentionally accepting only recruitment opportunities that we strongly feel that we can add value through leveraging our networks and utilising our deep knowledge of our clients’ businesses to place the best-fit candidate.

Our third service offering, vanbain Legal, was launched in 2025, providing clients with outsourced legal counsel and project based solutions.
